Booking & Reservation

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
•
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
•
Advance payment or credit card details may be required to confirm your booking.
Check-in & Check-out
•
Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
•
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
•
Guests must vacate rooms by the check-out time to avoid additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
•
Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in: Full refund
•
Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies
•
No-show reservations will be charged the full amount.
Payment Terms
•
Payment can be made via cash, credit card, debit card, or UPI.
•
All rates are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
•
Additional services (minibar, room service, etc.) will be charged separately.
Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Violations may result in additional cleaning charges.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests who violate hotel policies.

Hotel samudra Puri is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables. The hotel is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur on the premises due to guest negligence.
